The EXIF data says that the photos were taken June 12th and if your birthday was in March that would make you .. legal!

Since EXIF data doesn't really fly in court, I could use the argument that your "OMGZ I AM LEAVING THE INTERNETZ FOREVA" post specifically said "Someone somehow got hold of
recent pictures and videos of my boyfriend and I." That would imply that these photos were indeed taken after you turned 18.

I could say that since you were smoking in one of the photos, and it's illegal to do so under the age of 18 in Australia, the assumption was made that you were 18.

I could delete all the nude ones and just leave up the regular old skanky ones to be safe.
but why bother taking the risk? If you say that you were 13 then I guess I have no choice but to remove the images, besides it's not like everyone is just going to forget you're a whore, right?

I turned 18 in March 2006. The EXIF headers on the original images that are on my PC clearly state that they were taken in June 2001. I think it's pretty darn obvious to ANYONE, regardless of the headers, that the images are very old judging from the way I look in the pictures and the entirely different house I was in compared to the way I appeared in my videos.
Oh - and regardless of it being illegal to smoke under 18 here, how many kids do you know that do it anyway? You'd get laughed out of court for using that as an excuse for "accidently" hosting child pornography.
It's not like everyone's going to forget I'm a whore? Come the fuck on. Everyone who's opinion means something to me knows that I've been with the same partner (loyally) for four freaking years. Hardly a whore, if you ask me.
I have a life outside of the Internet; I don't care if some bored losers ON THE INTERNETZ think I'm a whore. What I care about is when my teachers and people I actually care about start telling me they've seen pictures of me naked that were stolen from my PC.

Oh - the "recent pictures" I was talking about weren't the webcam pictures.
There are also recent digital pictures in which my bedroom walls are pink and I actually LOOK like the Emmalina most people know, as opposed to a young ass punk, and there's a video of my boyfriend and I having sex. Those are the recent pictures I referred to in my forum post - at that point I did not know that the really old pictures had also been distributed.

Rather than read all that, I had a friend paraphrase it for me so if the response is off-base, blame someone else.
The photos I recieved all have June 2006 as the creation date. As far as I'm concerned you look the same in all the photos. Twat in the air, lollipop in the twat, blah blah. Same thing.
