Almost every celebrity gets their photos 'retouched' nowadays before they are published in any magazines. Kim Kardashian is a perfect example of this and thanks to a mistake by Complex magazine (they uploaded the wrong image), we now get to see the before/after photos.

Talk about a huge change. They gave her a tummy tuck, lightened her skin, removed her blemishes, and got rid of the gross cottage cheese covering her legs. Ew.
